State and District Level Student Performance Data Links

To access Student Assessment Data, Disaggregated by the Required Student Groups, go to: https://www.pearsonaccess.com/cs/Satellite?c=Page&childpagename=Texas%2FtxPALPPALayout&cid=1175826712647&pagename=txPALPWrapper and follow these steps:

1. Beside "Find PDF Reports By:", select the button in front of the report you want (State, Region, District, or Campus).

2. Then fill in the required Search information to search for your report (ex. Clarendon). Click on the report you want, and it should download in pdf format.


 

 

To access State AYP Reports, go to: http://ritter.tea.state.tx.us/ayp/2011/state11.pdf

To access District and Campus Level AYP Reports, go to http://ritter.tea.state.tx.us/ayp/2011/district.srch.html

1. At the opening screen, on item number 1, select either Report for the District only to access the district-level report or Reports for all campuses within a selected district to access campus-level reports.

2. On item number 2, select the option indicating how to search for the district.

3. On item number 3, enter the appropriate name or number - corresponding to the search option chosen in item 2 above.

4. Click on the "Continue" button to search for the results.


 

 

To access both State and LEA Highly Qualified Data, go to: http://burleson.tea.state.tx.us/ReportInterface/

1. Select the Report Year.

2. In the "Select Report" category, click on the "NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher Reports."

3. At the next screen, select the "Additional Parameters" options to select the state, district, or campus reports of your choice.

4. Click on the "Generate Report" button at the bottom of the page.


 

 

To access the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) report for Clarendon CISD, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AEIS website of the Texas Education Agency.
  2. Select the most current year.
  3. Select "District Report."
  4. In 1) A) Select the type of report: HTML for viewing on the computer, or PDF to print.
  5. In 2) Select "District Name."
  6. In 3) Type Clarendon. (Do NOT type ISD after the name.)
  7. In 4) Select "Continue."

Our district AEIS report shows a great deal of information. For clarification, please refer to the AEIS Glossary, available at the site.


 

 

To access the School Report Cards for any or all campuses in Clarendon CISD, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AEIS website of the Texas Education Agency.
  2. Select the most current year.
  3. Select "School Report Card."
  4. In 1) Select the type of report: A) HTML for viewing on the computer, or B) PDF to print.
  5. In 2) Select "School Name."
  6. In 3) Type the name of the school. (Only the name.  Do NOT type Elementary or H.S., or M.S. after the name.)
  7. Select "Continue."

Our school report cards show a great deal of information. For clarification, please refer to the SRC Definitions, available at the site.


 

 

To access the accountability rating of the district and any school, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the State Accountability website of the Texas Education Agency.
  2. Select the most current year.
  3. Select the "List of Ratings by District."
  4. In 1) Select "District Name."
  5. In 2) Type Clarendon. (Do NOT type ISD after the name.)
  6. In 3) Select "Continue."

The list that appears shows the district rating as well as the rating of each school. The district name and the name of each school is a hot link to its data table.  The data table shows the actual performance used to determine the rating.


 

 

To access a definition and explanation of each accountability rating, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the State Accountability website of the Texas Education Agency.
  2. Select the most current year.
  3. Select the Accountability Manual.
  4. Select Requirements for Each Rating Category (a PDF download) for an overview.
