Mac and Amy Thornberry visited with our sophomores, juniors, and seniors today about an exciting opportunity: an all-expenses-paid, weeklong trip to Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2027!

Happy Friday! From Ponies to Broncos... the whole school comes together for Trick-or-Treating!

Heads up, Clarendon: If you see emergency vehicles and a lot of activity at the school this Friday afternoon, Oct. 30, there's no cause for concern. Clarendon ISD is hosting a planned, full-scale emergency drill after students are released for the early release day. The instructional school day will not be affected. Local first responders, the Texas Department of Transportation and several other agencies will be on site Friday afternoon, working alongside our staff. Expect flashing lights, extra traffic and plenty of commotion near campus. Please give them room to work and avoid the area if you can. The Bronco Band put on a great show at the 2026 High Plains Marching Festival in Amarillo!

A classic piece of history was thought lost forever, until Mrs. Dorris and company unearthed it behind the Ag Shop! The original Clarendon High School sign once hung at the original location, recovered by CHS The Key Club and restored in the 70’s— and will soon have a home again where it belongs!!
