Evidence: We took 22 girls to Texas Tech where they learned about the different types of engineering offered at the university and completed the following hands-on projects:

• Circuit boards in electrical engineering
• Catching a cane toad in mechanical engineering
• Building a fidget spinner in industrial engineering
• Experimenting with different builds in civil engineering.
